Making Sense of Menopause: small group coaching program
Seven weeks, a small group, and the relief of not figuring this out by yourself.
Most people arrive at midlife with a collection of unrelated-seeming changes and no clear place to bring them. Friends may be going through it quietly. Appointments are short. The internet is loud. What's often missing isn't willpower or information — it's a room where the conversation can actually happen.
That's what this is. Seven weeks of good information, structured time to think, and a handful of people who recognize what you're describing.
How each session works
Education. One piece of the picture at a time — what's happening physiologically, what the evidence currently supports, and where the real choices are.
Reflection. Guided writing time to notice how the material lands for you specifically. Nothing you write is shared unless you want it to be.
Small-group conversation. Time in pairs or trios to talk it through. Often this is where something clicks — hearing your own experience described by someone else, or borrowing words you didn't have yet.
What the group makes possible
Hearing the range of how this shows up, which quickly dismantles the sense that yours is unusual
Learning from what others have tried, including what didn't work
Practicing the harder conversations here first — with a provider, a partner, at work — before having them for real
Momentum from moving through the weeks alongside people who are also showing up
Connections that frequently outlast the seven weeks
Each week you'll leave with something to consider and something to try.
Confidentiality is the ground rule, held by everyone.
